Viewings are to be conducted AT THE VARIOUS LOCATIONS INDICATED ABOVE during normal working hours to verify details or through our website www.phillipsauctioneers.co.ke, as these are not warranted by the Auctioneers or our principals.
The sale will be conducted on an “as-is, where-is” basis and will be subject to a reasonable reserve prices.
Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit to obtain a bidding number as here under: TO OUR PAYBILL NO. 4042007 – AC. NO. YOUR NAME & ID NO.

- 20,000.00 PER MOTOR CYCLE
- B) 10,000.00 PER LOT FOR THE OTHER ITEMS
- The auctioneer has a discretion of asking for additional deposit for any particular lot during the auction process, WHICH SHALL BE ADDITIONAL TO THE DEPOSIT.
The declared purchasers of the motor vehicles MUST deposit 25% of the purchase price by the close of business on the auction day into the bank account provided during the auction. The balance must be paid within Seven (7) Days from the auction date into the same Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of all money received, including the deposit
Collection of the purchased GOODS will be on the same day of the auction, failure to which the same shall attract daily storage charges.
