CONDITIONS OF SALE:

  1. Viewing of the goods will be available through our website: phillipsauctioneers.co.ke. Buyers are advised to verify all details independently, as neither the Auctioneers nor our principals provide any warranties.
  2. SALE WILL BE ON – “AS –IS – WHERE – IS – BASIS”.
  3. Physical viewings at the various locations indicated above will strictly be by appointment through our office. Advance booking through our office is required at least one day prior to the viewing date.
  4. Interested bidders must pay a refundable deposit of 50,000.00 FOR EACH GENERATOR AND FOR EACH SAFE AND KSHS. 10,000.00 FOR THE OTHER GOODS THROUGH OUR PAYBILL NO. 4042007 AC. YOUR NAME & ID. NO. to obtain a bidding number.
  5. The declared purchasers MUST pay the full amount for the goods bidden for within 24 HOURS after the auction; through DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO THE BANK ACCOUNT OR VIA MPESA PAYBILL NO. TO BE PROVIDED AFTER THE AUCTION.
  6. Failure by the highest bidder to pay, shall lead to the forfeiture of the deposit and the items being sold to the second highest bidder.
  7. COLLECTION OF SOLD ITEMS WILL STRICTLY be FROM 9.00 A.M. TO 4.00 P.M. as indicated hereunder failure to which they shall attract storage charges of Kshs. 500.00 per day.
