CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Viewing to commence FROM THE DATE OF ADVERTISEMENT TO THE AUCTION DATE during normal working hours to verify details as these are not warranted by the Auctioneer or our principals as the sale is on – as – is – where – is basis.
  2. Interested bidders must pay a refundable deposit of 100,000.00 FOR ITEMS OF HIGH VALUE and KSHS. 20,000.00 PER LOT OF GOODS to obtain a bidding number.
  3. The declared purchasers of the equipment MUST pay the balance by close of business of the auction day.
  4. Goods purchased and paid for MUST be collected immediately failure to which the same shall attract daily storage charges of Kshs. 500.00
  5. Sale is subject to reasonable reserve prices.
