CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Viewing to be done STRICTLY ON THE SAME DAY OF AUCTION AT OUR OFFICES SITUATED WITHIN KILELESHWA, ALONG KANDARA RD – OPPOSITE WHITE STAR CENTRE– NAIROBI to verify the details, as these are not warranted by the Auctioneer or our principals.
  2. Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of KSHS. 20,000.00 PER LOT OF GOODS to obtain a bidding number.
  3. Successful bidders will be required to pay for the items through DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO THE PROVIDED BANK ACCOUNT to be provided at the site.
  4. Sale is subject to reasonable reserve prices.
  5. Any uncollected goods shall attract storage charges of Kshs. 500 per day.
