CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Viewing of the MOTOR VEHICLES and OTHER GOODS will be conducted at OUR OFFICES LOCATED WITHIN KILELESHWA ESTATE, ALONG KANDARA ROAD, OPPOSITE WHITE STAR CENTRE, NAIROBI, during normal working hours. Please verify the details during viewing, as they are not warranted by the auctioneer or our principals.
  2. Access to the auction venue will be strictly limited to one representative per bid, and they must have a catalogue and a bidding number.
  3. The sale will be conducted on an “as-is, where-is” basis and will be subject to a reasonable reserve price.
  4. Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit in form of BANKER’S CHEQUE (STRICTLY) DRAWN IN FAVOUR OF PHILLIPS INTERNATIONAL AUCTIONEERS; to obtain a bidding number as advised below: –
  5. The declared purchaser must deposit 25% of the purchase price BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS AUCTION DAY and the balance paid within THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE AUCTION DATE. Failure to pay the 75% will result to the forfeiture of the auction bidding deposit and the items be resold in the upcoming auction.
  6. All expenses and cost in respect of TAXES and CUSTOMS DUTIES where applicable, shall be borne by the buyer within (MAXIMUM 10 DAYS) after the clearing of the 100% payment).
  7. “Everyone, including persons with physical disabilities, is required to pay DUTY AND TAXES ON VEHICLES, as there are currently no exemptions under the applicable regulations.”
  8. Collection of the purchased GOODS will be as from TUESDAY 2ND JUNE 2026 whereas MOTOR VEHICLE, is maximum THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of auction failure to which the same shall attract daily storage charges.
  9. Final Payments will be through DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO THE PROVIDED BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS.
