- SALE will be “ON – AS –IS – WHERE – IS – BASIS”.
- Interested bidders must pay a refundable deposit of 10,000.00 through our PAYBILL NO. 4042007 – ACCOUNT: YOUR NAME & ID. NO. to obtain a bidding number.
- The declared purchasers MUST PAY the balance of the purchase price by close of business on the auction day into our BANK ACCOUNT TO BE PROVIDED DURING AUCTION.
- Cash at the fall of the hammer for all sold items.
