CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Viewing of the MOTOR VEHICLES and OTHER GOODS will be conducted at our offices located within Kileleshwa Estate, along Kandara Road, opposite White Star Centre, Nairobi, during normal working hours. Please verify the details during viewing, as they are not warranted by the auctioneer or our principal.
  2. Physical viewing of the GENERATOR will take place at FAO Somalia offices, located on Ngecha Road, off Lower Kabete Road, opposite the ICRC compound. Prior booking with our office at least one day in advance is required.
  3. Access to the auction venue will be strictly limited to one representative per bid, and they must have a catalogue and a bidding number.
  4. The sale will be conducted on an “as-is, where-is” basis and will be subject to a reasonable reserve price.
  5. If a successful bidder does not have tax exemptions, they will be required to pay duty and taxes before the collection or transfer of the vehicle.
  6. Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit to obtain a bidding number as below: PAYBILL NO. 329329 – AC. NO. 0102487075701
  1. The declared purchaser must deposit 25% of the purchase price BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS AUCTION DAY and the balance paid within THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE AUCTION DATE. Failure to pay the 75% will make the 25% forfeited and the items be resold in the upcoming auction.
  2. All expenses and cost in respect of TAXES and CUSTOMS DUTIES where applicable, shall be borne by the buyer within (MAXIMUM 10 DAYS) after the clearing of the 100% payment).
  3. Collection of the purchased GOODS will be as from Monday 10TH FEBRUARY 2025 whereas MOTOR VEHICLE, is maximum THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of auction failure to which the same shall attract daily storage charges.
  4. Final Payments will be through DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO THE PROVIDED BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS.
