CONDITIONS OF SALE:
- Viewing to be done AT OUR OFFICES SITUATED WITHIN KILELESHWA, ALONG KANDARA RD – OPPOSITE WHITE STAR CENTRE, NAIROBI during normal working hours or through our website www.phillipsauctioneers.co.ke, to verify details, as these are not warranted by the Auctioneer or our Principals.
- The sale will be conducted on an “as-is, where-is” basis and will be subject to a reasonable reserve prices.
- Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit in form of BANKER’S CHEQUE (STRICTLY) DRAWN IN FAVOUR OF PHILLIPS INTERNATIONAL AUCTIONEERS; to obtain a bidding number as advised below: –
- A) KSHS. 500,000.00 FOR EACH MOTOR VEHICLE (p. 1)
- B) KSHS. 10,000.00 PER LOT OF OTHER ASSETS
- NB. THE DEADLINE FOR ISSUING BIDDING NUMBERS WILL STRICTLY BE ON MONDAY 22ND JUNE 2026 AT 4.30 P.M.

- The declared purchaser must deposit 25% of the purchase price BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS AUCTION DAY and the balance paid within THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE AUCTION DATE. Failure to pay the 75% will result to the forfeiture of the auction bidding deposit and the items be resold in the upcoming auction.
- Collection of the purchased GOODS will be on the same day of the auction, failure to which the same shall attract daily storage charges.
- Final Payments will be through DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO THE PROVIDED BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS.
