1. Viewing can be done at the VARIOUS LOCATIONS INDICATED IN THE ADVERT ABOVE and through our website: phillipsauctioneers.co.ke to verify the details as these are not warranted by the auctioneers or our principals. Sale will be “on – as –is – where – is – basis”.
2. Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of 100,000.00 PER MOTOR VEHICLE/MOTOR CYCLE; to obtain a bidding number via M-PESA – PAYBILL NO. 111555
   • Kindly forward Mpesa Transaction messages to kwangai@britam.com, headofficecashier@britam.com and motorclaims@britam.com for ease of verification and activation. Bidding deposit MUST be paid to BRITAM GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD BEFORE 4.30 P.M. THURSDAY 25^TH JUNE 2026.
3. The declared purchaser MUST CLEAR THE BALANCE within SEVEN (7) DAYS from the auction date, failure to which the money received including the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Sale is subject to reasonable reserve prices.
