CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Viewing can be done at PS KENYA HQ, JUMUIA PLACE ALONG LENANA ROAD, NAIROBI, or through OUR WEBSITE: www.phillipsauctioneers.co.ke to verify the details, as these are not warranted by the auctioneers or our principals.
  2. The sale will be on an “as-is, where-is”
  3. Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of 100,000.00 PER MOTOR VEHICLE to obtain a bidding number as indicated below: –
  4. The declared purchaser must deposit 25% of the purchase price for all vehicles bid on by the close of business on auction day. The balance MUST be paid within Seven (7) Days from the Auction Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bidding deposit, and the asset will be re-auctioned.
  5. Collection of motor vehicles is upon registration and transfer of vehicles through NTSA TIMS from our principal to the new owners (MAXIMUM THIRTY (30) DAYS) from the date of Failure to collect within this period will attract daily storage charges.
  6. Sale is subject to reasonable reserve
