CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Viewing of the vehicle shall only be conducted at the designated location mentioned above and through our official website phillipsauctioneers.co.ke. All prospective bidders must verify vehicle details prior to bidding.
  2. The vehicle is sold on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”
  3. Interested bidders must pay a refundable deposit of Kes. 100,000.00, to obtain a bidding number. Payment shall be made exclusively via a BANKER’S CHEQUE drawn in our favour – PHILLIPS INTERNATIONAL AUCTIONEERS.
  4. The successful bidder must deposit a minimum of 25% of the total purchase price at the fall of the hammer, and the balance must be paid WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS from the auction date.
