CONDITIONS OF SALE:

  1. Viewing will be conducted at our offices located within KILELESHWA ESTATE, ALONG KANDARA ROAD, OPPOSITE WHITE STAR CENTRE – NAIROBI CITY COUNTY, during normal working hours. Please verify all details, as these are not warranted by the Auctioneers or our Principals.
  2. The sale will be conducted on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis.
  3. Interested bidders must pay a refundable deposit of 20,000.00 PER LOT OF GOODS through our PAYBILL NO. 4042007, ACCOUNT: YOUR NAME & ID NO., to obtain a bidding number.
  4. Declared purchasers must pay the balance of the purchase price by close of business on the auction day into our bank account, which will be provided during the auction.
  5. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of all money received, including the deposit.
  6. Sale is subject to reasonable reserve prices.
