- Viewing will be conducted at our offices located within KILELESHWA ESTATE, ALONG KANDARA ROAD, OPPOSITE WHITE STAR CENTRE – NAIROBI CITY COUNTY, during normal working hours. Please verify all details, as these are not warranted by the Auctioneers or our Principals.
- The sale will be conducted on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis.
- Interested bidders must pay a refundable deposit of 20,000.00 PER LOT OF GOODS through our PAYBILL NO. 4042007, ACCOUNT: YOUR NAME & ID NO., to obtain a bidding number.
- Declared purchasers must pay the balance of the purchase price by close of business on the auction day into our bank account, which will be provided during the auction.
- Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of all money received, including the deposit.
- Sale is subject to reasonable reserve prices.
