CONDITIONS OF SALE:

  1. Viewing can be done at THE VARIOUS LOCATIONS INDICATED ABOVE during Normal Working Hours to verify the details, as these are not warranted by the Auctioneer or our principals.
  2. SALE IS “ON – AS –IS – WHERE – IS – BASIS”.
  3. Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of 100,000.00 PER MOTOR VEHICLE & Kshs. 20,000.00 PER MOTOR BIKE in form of a BANKER’S CHEQUE drawn in the name of PHILLIPS INTERNATIONAL AUCTIONEERS to obtain a bidding number.
  4. The declared purchasers MUST deposit the balance of the purchase price for ALL THE VEHICLES bidden for, directly into the BANK ACCOUNT TO BE PROVIDED FOR DURING THE AUCTION while the balance within SEVEN (7) DAYS from the date of auction, failure to which the money received including the deposit will be forfeited.
  5. Sale is subject to reasonable reserve prices.
